The Bugo to exhibit at private label trade show in Chicago.

The Bugo – a safe, cost efficient, easy to use, effective way to protect people from bed bugs – is to exhibit at the Private Label Manufacturers Association’s (PLMA) 2016 Private Label Trade Show in Chicago on 13 – 15 November 2016.

The PLMA’s annual trade show has been running for more than 30 years, with 1,300 companies from 40 countries exhibiting; it is the annual show for retailers and wholesalers to source products for their private label programs.

This is The Bugo’s first exhibition in America and they will be inviting retail, pest control and facility management companies to dual brand this innovative adhesive product.

The Bugo is used to detect and prevent bed bugs climbing into beds. The Bugo is a safe, cost efficient, easy to use, effective floor application that is virtually invisible and acts as a barrier against bed bugs. Customers simply stick a Bugo application on the floor around the legs of their bed; there is no need for lifting the bed at all making it easy for everyone to use.

“America and Canada have seen an increase in bed bug infestations in homes, hotels, hostels, office blocks and on campus which can be attributed to the rise in international travel and the increased resistance bed bugs are developing against pesticides. Bed bugs have been reported in every State in the USA and an estimated 1 out of 5 Americans either has had a bed bug infestation in their home or knows someone who has encountered them*.” Says Sarah Brunskill, Operations Manager, The Bugo.
